| Final Inch® - QTE/QSE - Test and Evaluation Boards |
Samtec’s Final
Inch® test and evaluation boards contain the actual BOR design and
attached lengths of controlled impedance and matched length transmission
lines. These lines will terminate into industry standard SMA coaxial connectors
which will provide easy connection to lab instruments. We are also providing
probe points on the boards so that industry standard micro probes can
be used since some customers prefer to use probes over SMA’s.
You can use these
boards to evaluate the connectors’ performance in your own laboratory
using whatever signaling schemes you prefer. These boards also provide
validation of the Final Inch® electrical models that we offer.
Samtec’s
test and evaluation boards feature moveable SMAs and
provide good electrical performance with good manufacturability.
They are designed with standard materials and footprints
for real world use.

Test and Evaluation
Boards are currently available for the QTE/QSE Series connectors in single-ended
(Q Strip®) and differential (Q Pairs®) configurations and can
also be used to test our EQCD and EQDP Series High Data Rate cable assemblies
and HFEM and HFEM2 Series flex cable. These Test and Evaluation Boards
are readily available for catalog standard board stacking heights. Contact
