| Samtec
has released its new double row micro IDC plug (FFMD
Series) with terminals on .050” x .050”
(1,27mm x 1,27mm). Common lead counts from 5 to 25 positions
per row are available with a 7 day delivery for quantities
up to 100 assemblies.
This
low profile system measures only 5mm (.200”) in
height fully assembled and is suitable for through-hole
PCB mounting or mating with standard profile (SFMC
Series) or low profile (FLE
Series) Samtec sockets. The assembly is available terminated
on one side, both sides or “transfer end”
with a plug on one end and a Samtec micro IDC socket
terminated on the other end. The socket is also only
5mm (.200”) in height fully assembled and features
Samtec’s four-finger Beryllium Copper TigerIDC™
contact. Notch polarization is standard on the socket
assembly.
A
number of standard options are available within the
delivery window including reverse wiring and daisy chains
with a variety of configurations
