associates is that Service is Samtec's Distinction. It is what
makes us different from the competition.
The second principle is a
Customer's Perception of Samtec is Reality. Their experiences with Samtec
determine whether they will buy from us again.
The third principle is the
Importance of Follow Through. In order to keep mistakes from happening,
the best guideline to follow is "don't assume anything."
The fourth principle to understand
is the Importance of Recovery. If we happen to make a mistake,
we should immediately find out from the customer what would make things right for
them.
