Technical Manufacturing Manager
Location: New Albany, IN
Qualifications (Must Have's):
• Proven track record with technical problem solving, product development, and people/process management.
• Ability to PROACTIVELY lead continuous improvement efforts to improve quality and reduce scrap.
• Must possess strong analytical, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• High Mechanical/technical aptitude.
• Interface with engineers, purchasing, lab, production, and maintenance to plan, coordinate, execute, and trouble shoot issues.
• Set and sustain a clean and organized working environment utilizing basic 5S principles
• Maintain compliance to all ISO, QS, safety and OSHA standards.
Qualification's (Preferred):
• Experience in electronics manufacturing
• Education: BS Mechanical Engineering
