Samtec has announced the addition of its new Micro AccliMate™ IP68-rated Sealed Circular Cable Plug and Receptacle System. The panel mount receptacle is terminated to the board with a 1,27 mm (.050”) pitch discrete wire socket or terminal cable assembly (SFSD/TFSD) system. Tiger Eye™ Contacts are also used in the SFSD/TFSD Series.
The SCP3/SCR3 Series Cable Plugs and Receptacles are double-ended, manufactured with 28 AWG cable, and have size 10 shells with 14 rugged Tiger Eye™ contacts. Contact Samtec for applications specific single-ended and custom wire lengths.
This system meets IP68 standards for dust and waterproof sealing and is RoHS compliant. Dust caps are available for both the cables and receptacles.
Samtec’s Acclimate™ IP68 Sealed Circular assemblies also include Ethernet, USB, RF, Power, and High Density systems.
