Samtec Announces Micro RF Cable Assemblies for Low Profile Panel-to-Board and
Cable-to-Board RF Applications

Samtec has announced the addition of Micro RF cable assemblies (RF081 and RF113) for low profile Panel-to-Board and Cable-to-Board applications.  These assemblies are ideal for wireless handheld devices and other RF/antenna applications where space is limited.

Two micro coaxial cable diameters are available as standard:  0,81mm OD (RF081 Series) and (.045”) OD (RF113 Series).  Samtec’s RF081 Series assemblies are available with two sizes of micro RF connectors:  MHF1 for 2.5mm mated height and MHF3 for 1,5mm mated height. The RF113 Series is available with MHF1 micro RF connectors.  Both series also offer SMA bulkhead connections on the second end in both standard and reverse polarity for Panel-to-Board/antenna applications.
