PCUO

PCIe®-Over-Fiber, FireFly™ Optical Cable Assembly

The Samtec PCUO series meets PCIe® 3.0/4.0 specifications and runs PCIe® over fiber signals up to 100 meters using multi-mode fiber technology. It is offered in x4, x8, and x16 PCIe® micro optical engines with transparent and non-transparent bridging and proven 850 nm VCSEL technology. Samtec also offers a compatible PCIe® adaptor card (see PCOA Series).
