Waveguide Dynamic Stability

Samtec's new, high-frequency micro waveguide technology is designed to support the demands of next generation systems by targeting millimeter wave frequencies. E-band (60 to 90 GHz) is represented in the e-field shown above. Flexibility is a key mechanical benefit in using Samtec's waveguide technology. As represented in the e-field pattern, flexing of the cable results in little to no signal loss. This makes Samtec's flexible waveguide an ideal alternative to standard, rigid waveguide solutions.
