敞开型针脚阵列插座拥有1.27mm x 1.27 mm针脚阵列,多达500个I/O口。耐用型Edge Rate®端子系统保证信号完整性,搭配优化表面焊接针脚,便于加工。SEAF是28+Gbps互连连接器,较小插入/拔出力,堆叠高度为7mm到17.5。
