Samtec offers complete RF interconnect solutions supporting traditional sub-6 GHz frequencies to 110 GHz microwave / millimeter wave frequencies (sub-Terahertz spectrum). Products include end-to-end RF cable assemblies, board connectors, cable connectors, adaptors and a variety of Samtec Original RF solutions. High-level design and development of advanced interconnect systems along with industry leading expertise allows us to offer effective strategies and support for optimizing the entire signal channel. RF technical support includes launch optimization, simulation, and testing. Customization of products, both quick-turn modifications or new designs, is also available. Our goal is to blend industry-leading system-level signal integrity expertise with high-quality RF products that meet mechanical, precision and performance expectations every time. Samtec RF product solutions include high-frequency Precision RF for microwave and millimeter wave applications, high-density assemblies for test and measurement, 50 Ohm non-magnetic options for medical and aerospace applications, and 75 Ohm for 12G-SDI broadcast video applications.

Samtec offers in-series and between-series precision RF adaptors with well-performing VSWR and insertion loss. Plug-to-plug (male-to-male), jack-to-jack (female-to-female) or plug-to-jack (male-to-female) adaptors are available with threaded or push-on coupling. Interface types include SMPM, 1.00 mm, 1.85 mm, 2.40 mm, 2.92 mm and more to support high-frequency applications to 110 GHz. SMPM-to-SMPM (PRFIA Series) spring-loaded bullet adaptors maintain consistent signal contact in high-vibration applications to ensure excellent performance through the system. |
